Our plant-based lasagne at Smith & Deli is a delicious take on a classic comfort dish. Layers of tender pasta sheets are filled with a rich bolognaise + béchamel sauce.

Ingredients:
Bolognese (tomato, red wine, TVP (soy), onion, celery, fennel, soy milk, carrot, vegetable oil, garlic, spice mix), bechamel (soy milk, water, green vie mozzarella (water, coconut oil (26%), modified starch, tapioca maltodextrine, salt, olive extract, acidity regulator: lactic acid, vegan flavourings, colour: natural beta carotene, vitamin B12), flour, fermented soy paste, stock blend), pasta sheets (semolina, water).
