CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS:

If you have made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please email deli@smithanddeli.com ASAP.

If your order has already been sent we are unable to cancel your order so please choose carefully. 

INCORRECT SIZE: 

If you’re unsure about what size to get, please consult the size guides (next to available sizes) via the links below:

If you think you’ve made a mistake with a size, please email us ASAP at info@smithanddaughters.com with what you need and we’ll endeavour to sort it out for you as soon as we can. If your order has already been sent and you require an exchange, you will be required to return the order to Smith & Daughters (by post at your own cost, or in person). Once received, we can provide you with the new size - additional shipping costs will be incurred if the replacement is being posted - this will be arranged by invoice through Xero. 

REFUNDS:

If you have a refund processed, this will take place through the online payment platform (not in cash) and can take 3-5 business days to be completed. We don’t offer refunds in the event of a change of mind but we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! SHIPPING:

Your order will be sent within 7 working days of confirmation and you will be sent a tracking notification once your order is on the way - unless we are in our Christmas closure period which will be advertised at the top of the online store page.
